Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervising Rates and Income Section
  • Responsible for the monthly debit raising of accounts and review exception reports.
  • Check & Approve Journals
  • Responsible for Cashiers  & Daily Income
  • Responsible for the Pre-payment system
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations
  • Responsible  for the managing of Off Site paypoints
  • Responsible for monthly reporting of financial information.
  • Handling of correspondence internally and externally
  • Management of Personnel in Income section
  • Control over departmental vehicles
