  • Typing, photo-copies, maintaining daily file, ect
  • Secretarial duties
  • Organising diary, appointments, ect
  • Maintaining office systems to ensure effective flow of documents and computer-based information
  • Manage engagements of MM to improve service deliveries
  • Advise and provide information to personnel where necessary
  • Ensure the strict confidentiality of all documents produced is maintained

  • ID campaign: Langeberg Municipality hosted an ID Campaign to provide people with free ID’s. A total of 968 ID’s were issued
  • Marketing and Branding: The Municipality introduced the new name to the public on 28 September 2009. The name change was deemed necessary due to constant confusion concerning the identity
