Notice is hereby given that Council intends to lease various municipal properties for a period of 3 years to the below mentioned organisations.

·         Mast Services (Pty) Ltd Vodacom Site AHN0977; a portion of erf 387, Ashton for a telecommunication basis.

·         Môreson Earthmovers; a portion of erf 1728 (±180m²) Robertson which forms part of the road reserve for parking purposes.

Details regarding to the proposed lease will be available at the Ashton Office during normal office hours at Ms S Rossouw (Tel. 023 – 615 8023).  Legal and fully motivated written views and/or valid objections as applicable, must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager not later than 13 November 2026.
