Council approved the following dates for Council Meetings for the 2026 calendar year.

• At the Ordinary meeting of Council of the Langeberg Municipality held on 24 June 2026, a decision was made that the Statutory Council meeting of 30 July 2026 be moved to 29 July 2026.
• The Council Meeting originally scheduled for 26 August 2026 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 25 August 2026 at 10:00 AM

Notice is hereby given that Council intends to lease a portion of municipal property (±2m) adjacent to De Jongh Rylaan, Robertson for a period of 9 years 11 months to Mr JS Swanepoel for the erected fence.

Details regarding to the proposed lease will be available at the Ashton Office during normal office hours at Ms S Rossouw (Tel. 023 – 615 8023).  Legal and fully motivated written views and/or valid objections as applicable, must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager not later than 14 August 2026.
